Samsung and Warner Bros. Pictures have teamed up to distribute movie trailers in Ultra High Definition 8K (upscaling) to thousands of TV retailers worldwide. The collaboration showcases the capabilities of Samsung Neo QLED 8K TVs and aims to drive consumer interest in an ultra-high-definition cinematic experience.
The partnership kicked off with a successful test showing of the Creed III trailer in more than 450 stores in Europe and the USA, attracting public attention and demonstrating a growing demand for 8K content. Building on this success, Samsung and Warner Bros. have extended the program to offer an attractive array of high-end content, including trailers for highly anticipated films such as Barbie, Blue Beetle, Dune: Part II, Wonka and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, all broadcast in 8K after upscaling by the TV’s processor.
This association with Warner Bros. Pictures underlines Samsung’s ongoing commitment to bringing high-quality entertainment to consumers. Thanks to their cutting-edge technology, Samsung Neo QLED 8K TVs give viewers a hyper-realistic viewing experience.
“This partnership is an exciting step for 8K content, showcasing the capabilities of Neo QLED 8K TVs and giving consumers the desire to see movies in cinematic quality,” said Cheolgi Kim, executive vice president of Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics. “The collaboration with Warner Bros. allows Samsung to show consumers how ultra-premium TV technology can take their favorite movies to a whole new level.”
If you too dream of enjoying your movies on the big screen with even greater realism than 4K, 8K UHD TVs are an unrivalled premium solution.
