Polish tube electronics enthusiast Taga has just unveiled its new hybrid amp: the Taga Harmony HTR-1500CD. It combines the finesse of tube preamplification with the power of transistors. A true all-in-one solution, this Taga amplifier integrates a dual FM/DAB+ tuner, a CD player, a network player and a full range of connectors to cover every need.
Taga Harmony HTR-1500CD: hybrid design
The magic of the Taga Harmony HTR-1500CD lies in its hybrid design. Its preamplification uses two ECC83 Psvane Classic Series tubes, giving warmth, naturalness and softness to the listening experience. At the same time, the power stage uses class-D biased transistors to maximize dynamics and power. This duality enables the Taga Harmony HTR-1500CD to deliver 2 x 120W RMS into 4 ohms or 2 x 60W RMS into 8 ohms.

Taga Harmony HTR-1500CD: a multitude of uses
Like its little brother, the Taga Harmony HTR-1000CD, the Taga Harmony HTR-1500CD is designed as a true audio center, covering all the uses of a modern hi-fi installation. Whether it’s the CD player, dual FM and DAB/DAB+ receiver or USB port, there’s a place for every music source. This latest-generation Taga amp also allows music streaming, whether via DLNA, Bluetooth or Spotify Connect and Tidal Connect. Access to your favorite playlists has never been easier. What’s more, the 24-bit/192kHz DAC ensures the best possible enjoyment of Hi-Res tracks.
