The TCL C855 TVs have arrived on Son-Vidéo.com! These giant 85” (2.14m) and 98” (2.5m) TVs announce exceptional performance for home theater and gaming. For this, they use two exclusive technologies developed by the manufacturer: a new QLED Pro filter and 6th generation Mini-LED backlighting!

Unveiled last month in Paris, the premium TCL C89B range is now available on Son-Vidéo.com under the reference TCL C855 (the name changes depending on the distribution channel). There are two XXL references: the TCL 85C855 (also called TCL 85C89B) measuring 2.14m, and the impressive TCL 98C855 (98C89B), which is equipped with a 2.48m panel.
Introducing the TCL C855 (TCL C89B) range
As the Chinese manufacturer’s flagship models, the extra-large TCL C855 (TCL C89B) televisions feature an LCD UHD 4K panel that uses the exclusive QLED Pro (new-gen Quantum Dot) and 6th generation Mini LED technologies.

The TCL C855 TVs therefore benefit from extensive color space coverage and provide very high brightness levels, reaching 2000 nits in HDR and up to 3,500 nits in dynamic mode. In addition, extremely precise zone-based backlight management guarantees optimum contrast, with black depths that are ever closer to the absolute black of competing OLED technology.

The TCL C855 (TCL C89B) televisions support Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG HDR content. The latter benefit from beautiful picture quality, even in viewing conditions with ambient lighting, thanks to a built-in light sensor. The latter allows the television to automatically adjust the image according to how bright the room is.

The TCL C855 TVs are equipped with Google TV to provide access to streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Apple TV+, etc. Gamers enjoy optimal responsiveness and smoothness up to 144Hz 4K and 240Hz 2K. Furthermore, support for ALLM, VRR and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro features also guarantees maximum responsiveness on both consoles and PCs.

Lastly, the audio section of these gigantic TCL televisions benefits from the expertise of Onkyo engineers to deliver the Dolby Atmos soundtracks of movies and video games efficiently. To do this, it uses a multichannel system with a total power of 60 watts.
