The vintage trend is booming! The famous toy manufacturer has taken the opportunity to release the LEGO Retro Radio, based on the design of receivers from the 70s. As stunning as it is surprising, this vintage radio features pre-recorded sounds and can accommodate a smartphone. As always, LEGO has paid careful attention to every detail…

This new set will appeal to music lovers with a passion for vintage equipment. The new Retro Radio from LEGO is inspired by the transistor radios of the seventies. Attention to detail is evident, with imitation wood-finish bricks on the front and a telescopic radio antenna on the rear.

Lovers of this type of device will also enjoy turning the dials. The first turns the Retro Radio on and off, while the second selects the radio frequency. While this model isn’t a real radio, pre-recorded sounds, such as a sports broadcast and radio jingle, make the experience really fun.
Better still, users can insert their smartphone on the back of the Retro Radio. This way, it seems like music is actually coming from the vintage radio!
This LEGO set includes 906 pieces to assemble the vintage radio, which measures 32cm high, 23cm wide and 7cm deep.
