A few weeks after the official presentation of the SL-1300G at IFA Berlin, Technics has released a video revealing the secrets of its latest high-end turntable. The Japanese manufacturer showcases the cutting-edge technologies incorporated in this newcomer priced at €2,990. These include the double-layer chassis, the brass platter and the Delta Sigma Drive DC motor.

In this video presentation, Technics offers an unprecedented dive into the heart of the new SL-1300G turntable. The Japanese manufacturer’s latest direct-drive turntable reveals its internal design. The dual-rotor coreless motor, triple-layer platter with brass coating, two-layer chassis and silent power supply circuits are shown in detail.
The new Technics SL-1300G turntable and its black version, the SL-1300GE-K, will be presented to the public at the Paris Audio Video Show 2024 on October 26 and 27, 2024 at the Palais des Congrès in Paris. The Technics SL-1300G is already available on Son-Vidéo.com. First deliveries are scheduled for mid-November.
