Iconic hi-fi brand Harman Kardon has always stood out by offering equipment with a contemporary design. The Onyx Studio 8 and GO + Play 3 Bluetooth models and Aura Studio 4 connected speaker continue in this vein, while incorporating recycled materials. This environmentally-friendly approach coexists perfectly with the sound quality for which the manufacturer is renowned.

Harman Kardon’s expertise: a distinctive design
American brand Harman Kardon has developed high-fidelity equipment since 1953. Amplifiers, headphones, car speakers, soundbars and connected speakers are among the manufacturer’s specialties. The Harman group has grown over the years, integrating other well-known brands such as JBL and AKG. The Harman Kardon branch, for its part, stands out for its innovative, contemporary equipment.

The Onyx Studio 8 and GO + Play 3 Bluetooth speakers, as well as the Aura Studio 4 wireless speaker, continue this tradition. For the latter, Harman Kardon has built on the heritage of the iconic subwoofer that accompanied the SoundSticks III satellite speakers. The Harman Kardon Aura Studio 4 offers a modernized version of the transparent dome and downward-facing driver.

Using recycled materials
These three Harman Kardon speakers mix materials and share a more environmentally-friendly design. The fabric covering the Onyx Studio 8, GO + Play 3 and Aura Studio 4 models is entirely recycled. The aluminum, tempered glass and plastic used on the various models are partly made from recycled materials. This eco-friendly approach echoes the Recycled Content label from SCS Global Services awarded to JBL speakers.
