At CES 2025 in Las Vegas, Hisense and Devialet announced the start of a major collaboration. The Chinese manufacturer is teaming up with the French connected speaker brand to develop the audio section of its TVs, projectors and soundbars.
A long-term partnership
Held in Las Vegas, CES is always full of surprises. This year, the partnership between Hisense and Devialet caught visitors’ attention. Through this collaboration, the Chinese brand aims to improve the audio section of its televisions and projectors, as well as guaranteeing an even more immersive sound experience with its soundbars. For its part, Devialet sees the opportunity to expand its expertise and develop more mass-market equipment.
Although this announcement has not yet been accompanied by any new hardware, Hisense has specified that the first equipment resulting from this partnership will be available in the spring. In fact, the two manufacturers are talking about a joint project that should last several years.
In addition to audio and video equipment, the Hisense x Devialet collaboration is also expected to include software developments, although the two manufacturers have yet to reveal more. In the meantime, visitors to CES 2025 were able to enjoy the new Hisense L9Q laser TV combined with 9 Devialet Phantom speakers in a demo room.
