During CES 2025 in Las Vegas, Altec Lansing previewed its future models. Turntables, party speakers, portable speakers and wireless headphones were all on show. The brand announced that this year will be rich in new products!

Altec Lansing is adding to its range of party speakers
Bluetooth equipment specialist Altec Lansing took advantage of CES 2025 in Las Vegas to present its new products. The brand’s stand featured the Altec Lansing RockBox XL 2.0 party speaker. Equipped with a battery guaranteeing up to 20 hours of autonomy, this model adopts five LED lighting modes. Certified IP67, the RockBox XL 2.0 is robust and waterproof, and can even float in water. It joins a range of party speakers that also includes the ShockWave 200, SonicBoom 120 and SonicBoom 180.
Altec Lansing turntables
Visitors to CES 2025 were also able to preview the new record players from Altec Lansing. The brand is renewing its series a few years after the release of the ALT-400 turntable, which integrated drivers directly into the chassis.

Each Altec Lansing turntable, currently named T0, T1 and T4, is Bluetooth-compatible. The T0, the brand’s entry-level model, incorporates two drivers to provide an all-in-one stereo solution for 33, 45 and 78 rpm records.

The T1 turntable features an aluminum tonearm and a switchable phono preamplifier. It’s a semi-automatic model compatible with 33 and 45 rpm records. It will be delivered with an Audio-Technica AT-3600 cartridge.

Last but not least, the Altec Lansing T4 turntable tops the brand’s record player range. Its acrylic chassis and platter give it a contemporary design that’s sure to catch the eye. This turntable, with an integrated switchable RIAA preamp, is fitted with a carbon tonearm on which an Ortofon 2M Blue cartridge is pre-mounted.

Still in the development phase, the three Altec Lansing turntables presented at CES 2025 won’t be on the market for several months yet. However, during the show, the brand wanted to announce the upcoming highlights of 2025. The release of these three turntables is sure to be one of them.
Altec Lansing strengthens its range of portable speakers
Altec Lansing will soon be launching version 2.0 of its Hydra range of ultra-rugged portable speakers. As sturdy as ever, these models will be more versatile, with an included carabiner and support. The latter makes it possible, for example, to hang Hydra 2.0 speakers from the handlebars of a bicycle, or to elevate them on a table.
An Altec Lansing Vox Mini speaker, reminiscent of the JBL GO 4, will also soon be available from the brand. Unlike the Hydra range, this small format features rounded edges. It arrives with other models to form a new range, also previewed at CES 2025. LED lights, acoustic fabric and notches for easy transport are just some of the features that attracted visitors’ attention.
Headphones with touch screen coming soon
CES 2025 gave us a foretaste of the many new products that Altec Lansing will be presenting this year. In addition to the numerous Bluetooth speakers on display, Bluetooth headphones are also visible, including the new Altec Lansing Naophones ANC 2.0, as well as another model with a touch screen.
As the year begins, Altec Lansing is already positioning itself as a strong player in the portable hi-fi sector. The brand is announcing a year packed with new products that music lovers can’t wait to discover!
