Sony has announced the arrival of the PULSE Elevate wireless speakers, expected in 2026. Designed to complement the PlayStation range, they are a high-end choice for those seeking immersive sound on both PS5 and PC. They also incorporate the brand’s flagship technologies, such as PlayStation Link and Tempest 3D AudioTech.
Planar transducers and woofer
Each PULSE Elevate speaker incorporates a planar magnetic transducer inspired by studio equipment. This technology ensures an accurate, detailed reproduction of the sound spectrum, allowing certain subtleties designed by the developers to be perceived. This is complemented by an integrated woofer, guaranteeing deep bass that adds depth to action scenes and richness to music. The combination of the two systems delivers a balanced sound reproduction, where precision and impact coexist without compromise.
Native compatibility with the PS5 allows users to take advantage of the console’s advanced audio settings, but Sony has also included PC compatibility. Gamers will be able to customize their experience via a dedicated interface, adjust the microphone feedback and create their own sound profiles. In terms of design, they will be available in two colors, Midnight Black and White, to suit different gaming environments.
