Samsung presents its very first Micro RGB TV, a 115-inch 4K panel designed to push the boundaries of picture quality. Featuring a display based on self-emitting micro RGB LEDs and driven by dedicated artificial intelligence, this model inaugurates a new generation of TV screens with colors that are more realistic than ever before. What can you expect from this new display technology?

Exclusive Micro LED RGB technology

This new TV is based on a novel Micro RGB display technology, which differs fundamentally from conventional LCD screens. Here, each sub-pixel (red, green or blue) is made up of a self-emitting micro LED. In other words, it directly produces its own light. Unlike VA or HVA LCD TVs, which require a backlight located behind a liquid crystal panel, Micro RGB completely eliminates this intermediate layer.

This LCD-free design enables very high native contrast, right down to absolute black, with no halo effect or light leakage. Colors are also more accurate and saturated, as they are not filtered or diffused: they come directly from the light source. Samsung claims 100% coverage of the BT.2020 spectrum, validated by a VDE certification. What’s more, this technology offers greater energy efficiency, as it avoids the losses associated with light filtration.

By combining individual sub-pixel control and direct emission, Micro RGB technology marks a genuine qualitative leap in image reproduction.

Image processing driven by artificial intelligence

The Micro RGB AI Engine processor plays a central role in visual rendering. It dynamically adjusts every hue, optimizes brightness and sharpness, while automatically adapting non-native content to 4K thanks to AI Upscaling Pro. HDR10+ and HLG formats are also supported, with AI-driven HDR remastering to maximize content dynamics.

A giant screen optimized for visual comfort

With its 115-inch (292cm) diagonal, this TV offers XXL immersion, while limiting visual fatigue thanks to its “glare-free” coating certified by the independent UL laboratory. This technology drastically reduces reflections, even in bright rooms, for a distraction-free experience.

A feature-rich smart platform

The Samsung Micro RGB 115MR95F is much more than just a screen. It features the One UI 2025 environment, with smart services such as Live Translate, Click to Search, universal gesture, or the ability to use generative wallpapers. The TV also supports Bixby and Alexa voice assistants, mobile screen sharing and SmartThings Hub.

A high-end gaming experience

Also designed with gamers in mind, this model boasts a refresh rate of up to 144Hz and supports FreeSync Premium Pro, VRR (variable refresh rate) and ALLM (automatic low-latency mode) technologies. The Gaming Hub, soundbar, Mini Map Zoom and Hue Sync compatibility complete this performance-oriented package.

Immersive sound with Dolby Atmos

The audiovisual experience continues with a 4.2.2-channel audio configuration, delivering 70 watts of power. OTS+ (Object Tracking Sound) technology follows on-screen movements to spatialize sound, while Q-Symphony enables seamless synchronization with a compatible soundbar.

Summary

With the Micro RGB 115MR95F, Samsung inaugurates a new approach to TV display, combining self-emitting Micro LED RGB technology, artificial intelligence and an advanced connected platform. This extra-large-format TV emphasizes color fidelity, image fluidity and functional richness, for movie lovers and video game enthusiasts alike. This model is for those looking for a no-compromise, high-end home theater experience.

Priced at €27,999 and available now on Son-vidéo.com, this model marks a real turning point: although positioned in the ultra-high-end segment, it remains considerably more affordable than the first modular Micro LED TVs, initially advertised at around €1,000 per inch.
