Yamaha YH-C3000 and YH-4000: two headphones with two different approaches

Yamaha presented two new pairs of headphones with complementary designs. The YH-C3000 high-end closed-back headphones feature a beech wood structure and an exclusive ARMODYNAMIC driver. This architecture reproduces a dense, precise sound that is perfectly isolated from ambient noise.

The YH-4000 stand out for their open-back design and use of ORTHODYNAMIC drivers, the result of Yamaha’s longstanding expertise in planar magnetic transducers. This model is designed for those who love transparent sound and openness, with a faithful reproduction that is particularly suited to listening sessions at home in a quiet environment.

True X Surround 90A: an all-in-one Dolby Atmos soundbar

At the same time, Yamaha presented its True X Surround 90A soundbar, a wireless home theater solution designed for modern living spaces. This all-in-one system includes the soundbar itself, two True X wireless surround speakers and a True X subwoofer. Together, they form a three-dimensional Dolby Atmos configuration, with no cables between the components.

The soundbar features twelve beam drivers, combined with SURROUND:AI technology, capable of automatically adapting the sound reproduction to the type of content (film, music, game). Yamaha also incorporates its Symmetrical Flare Port technology, designed to optimize airflow and reduce turbulence, improving low-frequency accuracy.

The system is designed for simplicity and seamless integration into the home, while retaining the performance of a traditional multi-channel home theater system.

Summary

Present at PAVS 2025, Yamaha offered a range of complementary new products: two audiophile headphones designed for different uses, and a complete wireless home theater solution with the True X Surround 90A bar. The brand’s stand illustrated its determination to meet the expectations of modern users, combining advanced technology, meticulous design and flexibility of use, both for personal listening and for living room cinema immersion.
