Denon is refreshing its range of wireless speakers launched in 2020. More than just an update, the Denon Home 200, 400, and 600 models expand the lineup with Dolby Atmos Music compatibility, enhancing the immersive experience. Here’s what you need to know about this series, whose prices start at €349.

Dolby Atmos Music for a more immersive experience
The main new feature of the Denon Home 200, 400, and 600 multi-room speakers is support for the Dolby Atmos Music format. While the Denon Home 200 virtually reproduces three-dimensional sound, the Denon Home 400 and Denon Home 600 models deliver true vertical effects through ceiling reflection thanks to dedicated drivers. The result is an immersive audio experience that places listeners at the heart of a sound bubble. This technology lets you fully enjoy Dolby Atmos files available on streaming platforms such as Apple Music, Amazon Music, and Tidal.

Wi-Fi, AirPlay 2, Bluetooth, and HEOS multi-room
The new Denon Home connected speakers share the same wireless features. They are Wi-Fi compatible, enabling high-resolution streaming, and support AirPlay 2 in order to be seamlessly integrated into a multi-room system made up of multiple multi-brand devices. Highly versatile, the Denon Home 200, 400, and 600 can also play music via Bluetooth when the device is installed too far from the Internet router.

The HEOS ecosystem is also one of the strengths of the three new Denon Home speakers. This multi-room protocol makes it possible to integrate the wireless speakers into different rooms of the home for a customized listening experience. They can be controlled via the mobile app or by voice using Siri.
The HEOS environment also allows the Denon Home 200, 400, and 600 speakers to be transformed into surround speakers. Two identical models can be wirelessly paired with the Denon Home 550 soundbar and the wireless Denon Home Sub subwoofer to create a 5.1-channel system. These speakers therefore offer a flexible and scalable solution. They are also compatible with wireless stereo pairing to fill a larger space or enhance spatial imaging during a party, for example.
USB-C audio and elegant design
In addition to extensive wireless connectivity, the new Denon Home speaker range includes a USB-C audio input. This port allows you to connect a computer or smartphone, replacing Bluetooth for listeners who want to enjoy their HD audio files without compression when the device is installed in a challenging RF environment. A 3.5 mm auxiliary mini-jack input is also present on all three models, allowing connection to a phono preamp or CD player, for example.

In terms of design, the Denon Home 200, 400, and 600 speakers feature elegant curved lines and timeless acoustic fabric. Two finishes are available: black or silver. The speakers rest on an aluminum base that highlights their build quality.
