The famous German brand, renowned for its cutting-edge audio innovations, takes another step in this direction with the launch of its latest gem: the Sennheiser Accentum Bluetooth headphones.

In a world where audio technology is evolving at lightning speed, Sennheiser persists in its mission to make sound excellence accessible to as many people as possible. The company recently unveiled the Sennheiser Ambeo Mini soundbar, a more affordable and compact version of the current Sennheiser Ambeo SoundBar Max and Sennheiser Ambeo SoundBar Plus.

The Sennheiser Accentum Bluetooth headphones follows in these footsteps as a prominent member of a brand-new headphone range. It is strategically positioned between the flagship models of the Momentum series, including the highly acclaimed Sennheiser Momentum 4, and the popular Sennheiser HD 450BT.

Sennheiser Accentum: Bluetooth aptX HD, noise cancelling

The Sennheiser Accentum wireless headphones feature 1.5″ dynamic transducers. They are calibrated to deliver an immersive sound experience. The headphones support Bluetooth aptX and aptX HD codecs up to 24-bit/48kHz. This guarantees optimum transmission quality. Bluetooth Multipoint is also included, enabling rapid switching between multiple devices.

The Sennheiser Accentum Bluetooth headphones also feature hybrid Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) technology. This is combined with optimized acoustics, promising a spectacular reduction in external noise, whether in the low or high frequencies. What’s more, these Sennheiser headphones feature two built-in microphones with a wind-reduction mode. This ensures clearer voice calls anywhere outdoors.

Sennheiser Accentum: design, controls and battery life

The Sennheiser Accentum Bluetooth headphones are inspired by the minimalist, elegant design of the Sennheiser Momentum 4, which we had the pleasure of testing last January. The over-ear structure and well-padded earcups and headband promise optimum comfort. Even during long listening sessions! This latest-generation model features four main control buttons. They are located at the base of the right earpiece, for easy access to essential functions.

What’s more, the dedicated Sennheiser app offers complete customization. It allows users to configure the functions of each button, adjust equalization parameters and explore different sound modes. ANC profiles can also be selected according to preference.

What’s more, the Sennheiser Accentum noise-cancelling headphones have a battery life of up to 50 hours. For those in a hurry, there’s a fast charge feature that takes just 10 minutes. The latter offers up to five additional hours of playback. Note that the USB-C cable supplied is not limited to recharging. It also allows wired listening from a smartphone or computer.

Priced at €179, the Sennheiser Accentum wireless headphones are available in black and white. They will be available on Son-Vidéo.com from October 4, 2023.
