Having become a specialist in network players in less than a year, manufacturer Eversolo continues to enhance the now legendary Eversolo DMP-A6 and DMP-A6 Master Edition with a new update. On the agenda are new options, including a graphic and parametric equalizer.
New graphic interface
With this new update, the Eversolo DMP-A6 and Eversolo DMP-A6 Master Edition network drivers feature a slightly revised graphic interface. The home page now features a secondary icon bar that allows you to quickly:
- see the current playlist,
- access equalization settings and
- launch a CD if a USB drive is connected.
You can add any other shortcut of your choosing to this new navigation bar, including applications for your favorite streaming services.
Comprehensive equalization
Accessible from the new home page or from the mobile app, the equalizers let you adjust a wide range of parameters. For each output, you can configure the gain and sound signature using the various equalizers available. A 15-band graphic model lets you quickly adapt the response curve between 25Hz and 16kHz.
For even more precise adjustments, Eversolo also offers a parametric equalizer. The latter allows you to isolate each frequency in the reproduced spectrum to increase or reduce its gain. This makes it easy to modify the sound signature, either to suit your preferences or your equipment. For example, you could increase the midrange level with a speaker that is slightly lacking in this register, or conversely, decrease the treble level with speakers that are too bright. The sound becomes more natural and balanced. Conveniently, multiple profiles can be configured to suit individual users or different musical genres.
With this latest update, manufacturer Eversolo demonstrates its commitment to constantly upgrading its network drivers, already renowned for being among the most comprehensive on the market. Its most ambitious model, the Eversolo DMP-A8, promises to push the boundaries even further and compete with much more expensive models. It will soon be featured on the Son-Vidéo.com blog.
