With Lando Norris taking McLaren to the number one spot on the podium at last weekend’s Dutch Grand Prix, the British team dominates both the Formula 1 circuits and the world of hi-fi. Thanks to prestigious collaborations with legendary brands such as Klipsch and Bowers Wilkins, McLaren brings its colors and racing spirit to limited-edition speakers and headphones.

McLaren adds its colors to Klipsch speakers

An official partner of the British racing team for the past four years, Klipsch recently released a range of speakers celebrating this collaboration. This very limited edition capsule collection combines the look of McLaren cars with Klipsch’s sound expertise.

Back then, orange was chosen to stand out on black-and-white screens; today, this hue gives the Klipsch McLaren Legends speakers a unique character.

All Klipsch McLaren Legends speakers proudly bear the number 5, in homage to Bruce McLaren’s iconic car, which helped him to his first victory at the 1958 German Grand Prix. With over 880 races, including more than 180 victories in GPs, the Indianapolis 500 and the 24 Hours of Le Mans, McLaren has become one of motorsport’s greatest legends. These special editions also pay tribute to the team with their papaya orange finish. This iconic color first appeared on the McLaren M7A in 1968.
