LG is packing innovation into its new QNED evo 2025 range. This series of premium LCD TVs combines advanced technologies to deliver outstanding picture quality. Just a few days away from CES 2025, which will be held in Las Vegas from January 7 to 10, LG has unveiled its 2025 QNED evo range, marking a significant step forward in the field of premium LCD TVs. Featuring the exclusive Dynamic QNED Color Solution technology, these TVs optimize the color range to guarantee more accurate and natural color reproduction. This innovation makes it possible to receive the 100% colorimetric volume certification by Intertek, an independent organization specializing in product testing, inspection and certification services.
144Hz 4K wireless transmission
The QNED evo 2025 series also introduces True Wireless 4K technology, derived from the LG OLED evo M Series models. This wireless transmission solution operates in UHD 4K at a refresh rate of 144Hz. It uses the remote Zero Connect Box, which groups together all the connectors and communicates wirelessly with the TV screen. It guarantees latency-free transmission without deteriorating the video signal, eliminating the need for HDMI cables between the TV and source devices.
At the heart of the performance of these new LG QNED Evo 2025 series is the α8 AI processor, designed to enhance image and sound processing using artificial intelligence. Compared with the previous generation, this processor offers a 70% increase in computing capacity. This enables upscaling algorithms to adjust the image and optimize the rendering of faces and objects while respecting the creator’s artistic intent. As for Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro technology, it analyzes each scene to optimize HDR brightness levels locally.
XXL screens and 9.1.2-channel spatialized sound
The manufacturer also focused on the audio, with a 9.1.2-channel virtual sound spatialization process that enriches the experience of movie lovers by simulating an immersive environment. AI also distinguishes dialogue from background noise to ensure clear, natural sound reproduction.
This range will be available in several screen sizes up to 100 inches, or 2.5 m, to meet the growing demand for XXL TV sets for big-screen home theater sessions.
