TCL continues to expand its audio-video catalog with two new products: a soundbar designed to enhance audio immersion at home, and a gaming screen designed for gamers looking for performance and fluidity. What are the key features of these new references?

TCL Q65H: an immersive, connected soundbar

The smaller sibling of the TCL Q75H and TCL Q85H soundbars, which are already on the market, the TCL Q65H expands the range with a more compact approach, while maintaining its strong commitment to spatialized sound. It’s based on a Dolby Atmos and DTS:X-compatible 5.1-channel system, designed to create an enveloping soundstage. The integration of TCL’s own Ray Danz technology ensures wide, natural sound diffusion thanks to skillfully implemented acoustic reflectors, without resorting to DSP processing that could distort the sound.

This soundbar is accompanied by a 70W wireless subwoofer, enriching the sound reproduction with deep, dynamic bass. Thanks to the Tutti Choral function, it can be synchronized with the drivers of compatible TCL TVs, improving audio coherence and immersion.

The TCL Q65H soundbar’s connectors include an HDMI input, an eARC-compatible HDMI port and an optical input, allowing up to three sources to be connected.

With a total power output of 500W, the TCL Q65H soundbar is aimed at those who want to experience movies, games or concerts as if they were there. It also boasts extensive connectivity with the presence of two HDMI ports, one of which is eARC compatible, and Bluetooth 5.3, enabling simple, versatile use, particularly with TCL’s new C series TVs.

The TCL Q65H soundbar is priced at €399.

TCL 27G64: a QD Mini-LED monitor for competitive gaming

With the TCL 27G64, the manufacturer completes its range of gaming monitors with top-level technical features. This 27-inch display adopts a QD Mini-LED panel with QHD resolution (2560 × 1440 pixels), somewhere between Full HD and 4K. This choice guarantees an excellent compromise between display finesse and fluidity of use, which is particularly appreciated when gaming.

This TCL monitor aims to appeal to competitive gamers, as evidenced by its 180Hz refresh rate, which displays up to 180 frames per second. Combined with a response time of just 1 ms and support for AMD FreeSync Premium technology, it significantly reduces motion blur, improving responsiveness and precision in fast-paced games.

Ultra-responsive QD Mini-LED QHD panel (180Hz, 1 ms), 800 nits, AMD FreeSync Premium, HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4: the TCL 27G64 monitor has plenty to appeal to gamers.

The monitor’s maximum brightness reaches 800 nits, ensuring optimal legibility even in bright environments, and enhanced contrast for better perception of details in video games. In terms of connectivity, the 27G64 features two HDMI ports and one DisplayPort 1.4, facilitating the simultaneous use of multiple sources such as a PC, game console or multimedia player.

This TCL 27G64 gaming monitor is priced at €499.

Summary

With the Q65H soundbar and 27G64 monitor, TCL completes two complementary segments of its catalog: home theater audio and gaming displays. Both products feature state-of-the-art technologies (Dolby Atmos, QD Mini-LED, high refresh rate) while remaining accessible and compatible with a wide range of equipment.
