Lamborghini: from tractors to supercars
It all began in Emilia-Romagna, when Ferruccio Lamborghini, a farmer’s son with a passion for mechanics, transformed military surplus into tractors to contribute to rebuilding Italy. Within a few years, his farm equipment business prospered, providing him with the fortune he needed to turn to his true passion: cars. Disappointed by the comfort and reliability of the Ferraris he owned, and piqued by a remark made by Enzo Ferrari, he decided to create his own brand. In 1963, Automobili Lamborghini was born in Sant’Agata Bolognese, with the ambition of producing grand tourer cars combining performance, refinement and bold design. The Miura, launched in 1966, became the symbol of this vision, setting new standards in the world of sports cars.
But the road ahead was far from smooth. Between oil crises, ownership changes and bankruptcies, Lamborghini went through decades of instability before regaining a solid footing under the aegis of Audi in 1998. The takeover ushered in a new era: that of modern supercars such as the Gallardo, the Aventador, the Huracán and the Urus SUV, which propelled the brand to unprecedented sales records. Today, Lamborghini combines heritage and innovation, with hybrid models like the Revuelto and upcoming electric projects, while remaining true to the spirit of its founder: to create exceptional machines that blend raw power, luxury and character.
Limited to 50 pairs, this exceptional creation is aimed at a privileged few. At €130,000 per pair, the Il Cremonese Ex3me Automobili Lamborghini Edition makes no compromises, except to appeal to the most exclusive audiophile fantasies.
