Samsung presents its latest generation of Neo QLED 2023 televisions in 4K and 8K ultra-high definition. Quantum Dots and Mini LEDs combine to deliver brilliant brightness and intense color for HDR content. Gaming features are also included, with smoother and more responsive images. Impressive brightness and intense colors
All the 2023 Samsung Neo QLED 2023 TV ranges use an LCD panel combined with Quantum Dot powered Mini LED backlighting.
Tens of thousands of tiny light-emitting diodes are evenly distributed across the back of the LCD panel. This system provides intense brightness and contrast superior to conventional LED and QLED LCD TVs. The zoned backlighting modulates the amount of light emitted to increase contrast while preserving the depth of blacks.
The number of zones and the accuracy of the backlighting increases as you move up the Samsung Neo QLED 2023 TV catalog.
Quantum Dot technology improves the accuracy, vibrancy and intensity of the colors being displayed, with more shades and hues reproduced as you move up through the ranges. Together, these display technologies allow the 2023 Samsung Neo QLED TVs to excel at displaying HDR content. The latter benefit from high brightness and extensive color coverage, with a stunning picture in Filmmaker mode.
Advanced gaming features
This has been one of the strengths of Samsung TVs for many years: they are particularly well suited for video games. The Samsung Neo QLED 2023 models are no exception to this rule and will appeal to both novice and seasoned gamers.
All models are compatible with 4K 120Hz and even 144 Hz, featuring ALLM, VRR and FreeSync Premium Pro certifications, as well as HDR HGiG and HDR10+ Gaming. This means maximum smoothness on video games, with very a low input lag to optimize gameplay. Games also benefit from optimized brightness, contrast, and color to let you enjoy 4K HDR graphics.
Launched last summer, the Samsung Gaming Hub is still present. This gaming menu provides:
- direct access to the main Cloud Gaming services, to play Xbox and PC games on the TV, without a console or computer,
- shortcuts to Twitch, YouTube and Spotify,
- specific gaming settings accessible directly via the remote control.
OTS and wireless Dolby Atmos
OTS (Object Tracking Sound) technology is present on all the 2023 Samsung Neo QLED TVs. It improves realism by reproducing the sound seamlessly and dynamically according to the movement of the objects displayed on the screen. The result is perfect spatial coherence between the image and the sound.
This technology is made possible by the multi-driver audio system and artificial intelligence applied to image and sound processing. The performance of the OTS technology varies depending on the TV’s integrated audio system.
Wireless Dolby Atmos is an exclusive feature offered by Samsung in partnership with Dolby. It allows you to connect the TV wirelessly (in WiFi) to any compatible Samsung soundbar. This greatly simplifies the connection between the two devices and facilitates the installation of the TV on a wall.
Called Q-Symphony 2.0, this technology synchronizes the TV’s drivers with those in the soundbar, allowing you to enjoy more impressive audio immersion with movies and video games.
2023 Samsung Neo QLED TVs: the different ranges
For 2023, the manufacturer offers five Samsung Neo QLED TV ranges (three in 4K definition and two in 8K definition). They all share the following features:

The entry ticket to the world of Samsung Neo QLED 4K TVs 2023, the Samsung QN85C range comes in four image sizes: 138, 163, 189 and 214cm (55″, 65″, 75″, 85″). It replaces the Samsung Neo QLED QN85B (2022) range.
Advantages: 4K 120Hz compatibility, 60-watt 2.2.2 channel audio system.
Samsung Neo QLED QN90C
At the heart of the Samsung Neo QLED 4K 2023 catalog, the Samsung QN90C range includes six references: 108, 125, 138, 163, 189 and 214cm (43″, 50″, 55″, 65″, 75″, 85″). It replaces the Samsung Neo QLED QN90B (2022) range.
Advantages: 4K 144Hz compatibility, anti-reflection filter, 20-watt stereo audio system (43”/50”) or 60-watt 4.2.2 Atmos system (55” à 85”). A gaming reference!
Samsung Neo QLED QN95C
Flagship of the Samsung Neo QLED 4K 2023 family, the Samsung QN95C range has four models: 138, 163, 189 and 214cm (55″, 65″, 75″, 85″). It replaces the Samsung Neo QLED QN95B (2022) range.
Advantages: 4K 144Hz compatibility, anti-reflection filter, expert calibration, 70-watt 4.2.2 Atmos audio system. The best Neo QLED 4K TV for movie lovers and gamers.
Samsung Neo QLED QN800C
This range of UHD 8K Samsung TVs offers three screen sizes: 163, 189 and 214cm (65”, 75”, 85”). It follows the Samsung Neo QLED QN800B (2022) range.
Advantages: 4K 120Hz, 8K 60Hz compatibility, anti-reflection filter, 70-watt 4.2.2 Atmos audio system, remote connectors (One Connect box). Realistic image and sound quality for total immersion.
Samsung Neo QLED QN900C
Samsung’s top 8K UHD TVs come in three screen sizes: 163, 189 and 214cm (65”, 75”, 85”). This range follows the Samsung Neo QLED QN900B (2022) series.
