New for 2023, the Bang & Olufsen Beosound A5 portable Bluetooth speaker boasts a unique silhouette. It is available in two finishes. The first, in black aluminum and dark oak, recalls the colors of Scandinavian forests. The second version, in gray aluminum, is adorned with an oak handle and a light-colored coat of woven natural fibers that evoke Nordic summers at the beach. In 2021, B&O became the first manufacturer to offer a Cradle to Cradle-certified speaker with the Beosound Level. This certification focuses on the composition of materials, their reuse, renewable energies, carbon and water management, and social equity. The Cradle to Cradle certification is based on a simple principle: waste must be fully and indefinitely recyclable or environmentally neutral.
