At IFA 2023, Hisense clearly demonstrated its ambitions for the European market with an attractive stand. The Chinese manufacturer unveiled its new Hisense UXKQ TV range, also called ULED X. Hisense laser TVs were also well represented, in both 4K and 8K projection with the very exclusive Hisense 120LX! The manufacturer also demonstrated the capabilities of its brand-new compact 4K Dolby Vision projector: the Hisense C1.

At the heart of this range are two references in 65″ and 85″, featuring a QLED panel with mini-LED backlighting. Their brightness reaches 1,500 nits and 2,500 nits respectively, with backlight control over almost 1,500 zones on the Hisense 65UXKQ and over 5,000 zones on the Hisense 85UXKQ. An IMAX Enhanced mode is included, as is support for Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos formats.

These TVs feature a particularly sophisticated 4.1.2-channel audio system (Cinestage X 4.1.2 Surround). Surround sound drivers are integrated into two side bezels, positioned vertically on either side of the screen. They optimize the diffusion of lateral surround effects, effectively widening the soundstage.

As for video projection, visitors were able to discover the brand-new Hisense C1, a compact, connected Dolby Vision 4K projector. This model features a triple RGB laser light source for rich, highly nuanced colors.

Once in place and switched on, the Hisense C1 automatically adjusts the image so you can immediately enjoy your movies and video games. On the stand, the Hisense C1-Pro, an even brighter version, effortlessly projected an image measuring over 5m across.

IFA 2023: Hisense 4K laser TV
The manufacturer also presented one of its most popular laser TVs, the Hisense 100L9HD. This model is a very bright (3000 lumens) ultra-short-throw 4K laser projector combined with an anti-reflective ultra-short-throw projection screen. 4K Dolby Vision and HDR10/HDR10+ compatible, it integrates a soundbar with support for Dolby Atmos audio tracks. Capable of projecting a very large 100″ (2.5m) image at less than 30cm from the screen, it easily replaces the living room TV.

Not far away was the Hisense PX3-Pro, a new projector due to replace the Hisense PX2-Pro in 2024. The technical specifications of both models are virtually identical: 4K image from 90″ (2.28m) to 130″ (3.3m), Trichroma laser (RGB), 2,400 lumens, Dolby Vision/Atmos. The PX3 stands out above all for its less massive, premium look. It sports a gray and gold chassis with a front panel reminiscent of vintage hi-fi electronics!
IFA 2023 : Hisense 120LX 8K laser TV
Finally, the more technophile visitors could marvel at the incredible Hisense 8K laser projector, unveiled at CES in January and presented here in its 120″ version.

The Hisense 120LX is the very first consumer projector to feature an 8K DLP chip. It features a trichromatic laser lamp, Dolby Vision compatibility and a Harman Kardon soundbar with optional subwoofer.

Hisense, the undisputed world leader in laser TVs, unveiled its new weapons for conquering the 4K Mini LED TV and 4K Dolby Vision projector markets at IFA 2023. Much to the delight of fans of very large images!
