Charles Leclerc, a Formula 1 driver with the Ferrari team, has become the new Bang & Olufsen ambassador. United by their quest for excellence, the Monegasque driver and the Danish brand also share a passion for music. An exceptional sportsman and music lover, Charles Leclerc is associating his image with Bang & Olufsen to convey their values of prestige and high performance. Together, they unveil two limited editions: the Beosound A5 connected speaker in aluminum and the Beoplay EX True Wireless earbuds in blue.

Bang & Olufsen already a partner of Scuderia Ferrari

Bang & Olufsen is no stranger to the automotive world. Formula 1 fans have surely already noticed Bang & Olufsen’s presence in the paddocks. Since 2023, the brand has been associated with Scuderia Ferrari. This partnership began with the appearance of the B&O logo on the single-seaters driven by Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz.


This prestigious partnership between two brands with a glamorous, high-end image has also resulted in an exclusive collection of audio equipment in the colors of the prancing horse automaker. In September 2023, Bang & Olufsen launched a limited edition BO x Ferrari series. Comprising the B&O Beoplay EX True Wireless earbuds, the B&O Beoplay H95 wireless headphones, the B&O Beosound Explore portable Bluetooth speaker and the B&O Beosound 2 connected speaker, it underlined the demand for perfection sought by both firms.

Despite a pace of life as intense as the speed of his Formula 1 car, Charles Leclerc takes the time to cultivate his passion for music by playing the piano in his spare time. Always striving for perfection, like Bang & Olufsen, his love of music brought him to Paris to record his own studio album with the help of Sofiane Pamart.

Together, the Danish brand and the Formula 1 driver unveil two limited editions: the B&O Beosound A5 connected speaker in aluminum version and the True Wireless Beoplay EX headphones in blue finish. Charles Leclerc, Bang & Olufsen’s new muse, took part in the photo shoot, much to the delight of Bang & Olufsen CEO Kristan Teär. “We are delighted to welcome Charles to our brand, as we share a taste for performance and craftsmanship, and have a common passion for musical experiences that bring us closer to the artists we love. We couldn’t imagine a better partner to help us evolve and create a community around the beauty of sound,” says the Danish executive.

With this new prestigious partnership, Bang & Olufsen is further cultivating its brand image of luxury and high performance. The blue B&O Beoplay EX wireless earbuds will soon be available on Son-Vidéo.com at €699, while the Beosound A5 will be offered at €1,399.
