Sébastien has been working in editorial for Son-Vidéo.com since 2000. First as an editor and then as editor-in-chief, he now holds the position of Publication Director.
Expert in hi-fi systems and home-cinema, he loves testing headphones too. A DJ in his spare time and a big fan of soul, funk and disco, he also likes rock, hip-hop, reggae and Latin music. The Temptations, Millie Jackson, Cerrone, Donald Byrd and Hamilton Bohannon…
A bit of a movie buff, he has a passion for westerns (The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, Django Unchained…), science fiction films (Interstellar, District 9…) and war movies (The Thin Red Line, 1917, Saving Private Ryan…).
Sébastien inherited his parents’ hi-fi system, which he gradually began to upgrade when he started working for Son-Vidéo.com. Today he’s equipped with an Elipson Planet system powered by a Yamaha 7.1 amplifier.
He doesn’t own a TV, but he does have an Epson projector and a motorized Lumene screen. He really enjoys playing Assassin’s Creed, Red Dead Redemption, or Battlefield in cinema format!
Two Technics SL1200 MK2 for deejaying and two SL1200 M7L Red in the living room (he loves Technics turntables!) with an Ecler mixer, TEAC cassette deck, PS4 Pro and Panasonic Blu-ray player round off his setup.
Sébastien has a stereo system in every room, including the garage, the garden (outdoor stereo hifi) and even the toilet.
