During this review, I particularly appreciated the rich colors and the vivid picture, which effectively enhance HDR content, animated films, and sporting events. I tested the Dreame S100 65” in the large auditorium at the Son-Vidéo store in Nantes, using a Sony PlayStation 5 console as the main source, connected to the TV via an AudioQuest Pearl 48 HDMI cable. Both devices were powered by an AudioQuest PowerQuest 303 power strip, which provided them with stabilized and filtered power. The TV used an Ethernet cable connection to access catch-up TV and streaming services in the best possible conditions.
As with most TVs, two people are needed to safely unpack it and set it up. To assemble the stand, you’ll need to flip the TV upside down and screw it into place underneath the screen. Once the stand is installed, plug in the TV, pair the remote via Bluetooth, and you’re ready to start setting up Google TV.

Since this Dreame TV has a fairly bright screen, it’s best to minimize ambient light in the line of sight of the screen—especially behind viewers—to avoid unwanted glare. Overall, the construction is sturdy and features a good finish.
