Loewe is opening a new chapter in its growth with the creation of Loewe Systems GmbH. Based in Berlin, this entity focuses on integrated audio and audiovisual solutions for high-end professional markets. Its primary focus is on the automotive, luxury residential, marine and hospitality sectors, as well as new forms of premium mobility.

This initiative extends the group’s diversification beyond consumer electronics. It also builds on the recent acquisition of Cabasse, a French specialist in acoustics and speaker design. Loewe is looking to offer comprehensive solutions tailored to the specific uses, technical constraints, and identity of each partner.

Loewe Systems targets the premium professional markets

Loewe Systems GmbH serves exclusively professional clients. The company caters to automakers, real estate developers, hotel groups, yacht builders, recreational vehicle manufacturers, and players in the high-end mobility sector.

Its role is to support these partners in creating custom audio and video solutions. This approach covers both the equipment itself and its integration into a vehicle interior, a home, a hotel suite, or a nautical environment.

The company will also be able to develop and license scalable technology platforms. This model is designed to enable partner brands to adapt the solutions to multiple product lines or different projects, while maintaining a consistent technical architecture.

Fully integrated audiovisual ecosystems

Loewe Systems takes a comprehensive approach to audiovisual integration. The company handles acoustic design, driver placement, digital sound calibration, user interfaces, display technologies, and projection systems.

DSP (Digital Signal Processing) calibration plays a central role in this type of project. It involves digitally processing the audio signal to tailor the sound reproduction to the specific characteristics of a space. Whether in a car, a yacht, or a living room, the shape of the environment, the materials used, and the listeners’ positions directly influence the final sound quality.

Aslan Khabliev, CEO of Loewe Technology GmbH, sums up this shift in expectations: “Clients are now looking for comprehensive solutions rather than a series of standalone products.” Loewe Systems therefore aims to bring together the various technical components within a single ecosystem, from design to installation.

The combined expertise of Loewe and Cabasse

The creation of Loewe Systems follows on from Loewe Technology’s acquisition of Cabasse in April 2026. This transaction strengthened the group’s expertise in acoustics, premium audio, and audiovisual engineering.

Loewe brings more than a century of experience in audio-video technology, with a long history focused on televisions and audio products. Cabasse complements this portfolio with its expertise in the design of drivers and acoustic systems.

The German brand is driven by the shared vision of the trio consisting of Alexander Meisen (CEO, center), Ajan Hannemann (Director of Acoustics, left), and Robert Schletze (Director of Automotive Engineering, right).

Loewe Systems is led by Alexander Meisen, who has been appointed CEO. Ajan Hannemann serves as Director of Acoustics, while Robert Schletze has been named Director of Automotive Engineering. The team combines expertise in acoustics, systems integration, and premium mobility projects.

Kylian Mbappé is also joining the company as a shareholder and global ambassador. This partnership supports the new entity’s international ambitions and builds on its relationship with the Loewe Group.

A strategy distinct from that of consumer electronics

Loewe Technology continues to focus on the consumer market with its televisions and audio equipment. Loewe Systems, for its part, has adopted a strategy entirely focused on B2B partnerships and custom installations.

This structure enables the group to serve multiple market segments. Loewe products continue to be offered to consumers, while the new company works directly with manufacturers, architects, developers, and system integrators.

The goal is to create audiovisual experiences tailored to each environment, whether it’s a car interior, a home, a superyacht, or a future mobility concept.

Summary

With Loewe Systems GmbH, the Loewe Group is expanding its business to include integrated audio and audiovisual solutions for high-end professional markets. The new entity combines acoustic architecture, digital processing, displays, projection, and interfaces within custom-designed systems.

Cabasse’s contribution strengthens this strategy by providing complementary expertise in acoustics and drivers. Loewe Systems is therefore positioning itself as a one-stop partner for brands seeking cohesive, scalable audiovisual environments tailored to their projects.
