FiiO has just released a firmware update for the Fiio X1 II. You can download the firmware update, version 1.3.3, here.
To update the FiiO X1 II portable player, you?ll need to go through the following steps. First, download the ZIP file, and extract its content to the root directory of the player?s microSD card. Then, turn off the player, and power it back up again while simultaneously pressing the power button and the upper left corner of the click wheel. As soon as the update message appears on the screen, you can let go of the buttons. Once the device has been updated, you will be invited to choose the display language of the FiiO X1 II?s menu. We recommend updating the media library following the firmware update.
