Three years after the release of the Sennheiser Momentum 3 Wireless, the German brand presents its latest generation of Bluetooth noise-cancelling headphones, the Sennheiser Momentum 4. The Sennheiser Momentum line of headphones and earbuds is a real masterstroke for the brand. It succeeds in offering equipment that is both aesthetically pleasing and has exceptional acoustic performance. These new headphones are no exception to this rule and are equipped with many features so you can fully enjoy your favorite playlists. New design, active noise cancelling, Transparency mode, Bluetooth aptX Adaptive, extended battery life… A wealth of features that guarantee a custom listening experience.

Sennheiser Momentum 4: a battery life of up to 60 hours
Another great new feature is the Sennheiser Momentum 4 Bluetooth headphones’ impressive battery life. With up to 60 hours of battery life with noise reduction and Bluetooth enabled, the Sennheiser Momentum 4 are some of the best performing headphones on the market. This feat is completed with a fast charge mode that offers 6 hours of audio playback after only 10 minutes of charging.

This long autonomy is due in particular to the intelligent pause function. This stops the music playback as soon as the headphones are removed. Once placed back on your ears, the headphones start playing your playlist again. However, if the headphones are not used within 15 minutes after removal, it will reduce its power until they turn off.
Sennheiser Momentum 4: Adaptive Hybrid ANC
Where the Sennheiser Momentum 3 Wireless headphones have 3 noise reduction modes, the new Sennheiser Momentum 4 Bluetooth headphones adopt hybrid adaptive ANC processing. The latter automatically adjusts the noise reduction level according to ambient sounds. It is then possible to hear every detail of your favorite song. Of course, this active noise cancellation is accompanied by a Transparency mode to be fully aware of the sounds around you.

The microphones dedicated to the ANC system are combined with beam forming microphones that eliminate wind noise. In theory, voices are perfectly audible for crystal clear phone calls, even while walking.
Sennheiser Momentum 4: Bluetooth aptX Adaptive
The Sennheiser Momentum 4 Bluetooth headphones share many features with their predecessors. Consequently, they offer management via the Smart Control app, compatibility with voice assistants, and the same 1.65″ drivers. The performance of the transducers does not seem to be different from the previous generation, with a frequency response of 6 to 22,000Hz. However, in search of improvement, the Sennheiser Momentum 4 wireless headphones are now Bluetooth 5.2 compatible. The latter supports the standard SBC and AAC codecs, but also the high-quality aptX Adaptative codec.
This codec promises high resolution audio quality as well as optimal synchronization between audio and image to enjoy your videos or video games with low latency.

Sennheiser Momentum 4: new design
The newest addition to the Sennheiser Momentum line of headphones gets a completely new look. With a plainer, understated design, this latest model is more conventional. The retro look of the previous models is abandoned in favor of a more modern and minimalist silhouette. Like the B&W PX7 S2, Sony WH-H910N and Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H95 Bluetooth headphones, the Sennheiser M4 has an aesthetic that’s easy to wear on the street or at home.

The Sennheiser M4 Bluetooth headphones have a generously padded headband covered with an elegant fabric. The earpieces no longer fold inward, but the hinges swivel freely and allow you to lay the headphones flat. Worn around your neck or placed in the included carrying case, the headphones are easy to carry around. This design, combined with hidden extensions, allows the headphones to be ideally adjusted to suit every user. Wearing comfort therefore remains an important factor for Sennheiser, even with a radically different look.
