Just released: new arrivals for November 2022

This month, you’ll find the new Hisense 100L5F-D12 Laser TV and Hisense 100L9G-D12 Laser TV ultra-short-throw projectors, as well as the Cabasse Abyss and Yamaha R-N2000A stereo amplifiers. You’ll also discover the first Devialet Mania 95 dB portable Bluetooth speaker, the original Soundivine Le Magnum and the La Boite Concept LX X Platine connected speaker/turntable. Finally, the latest iBasso DX170 HD DAP and the Logitech G735 gaming headphones round off this selection.

Hisense 100L5F-D12 Laser TV and Hisense 100L9G-D12 Laser TV projectors

Hisense recently unveiled two new ultra-short-throw projectors, the Hisense 100L5F-D12 Laser TV and Hisense 100L9G-D12 Laser TV, for the ultimate home theater experience. Equipped with a laser lamp (25,000 hour lifespan), these Hisense projectors offer a very large 4K Ultra HD (HDR, HLG) image when placed less than 30cm from the wall. Both models come with a 2.5m (100″) anti-glare projection screen. The Hisense 100L9G-D12 Laser TV projector is the brighter of the two (3000 lumens vs. 2700). The Hisense 100L5F-D12 Laser TV has 4 HDMI ports, which is an additional input. From €2,990, now available.

Cabasse Abyss hi-fi stereo amplifier

Capable of developing 2 x 120W into 8 ohms or 2 x 215W into 4 ohms, the Cabasse Abyss connected amplifier promises to offer the best perfomance with any pair of bookshelf or floorstanding speakers. Its acoustic calibration system ensures an optimal reproduction according to the listening position. Very versatile, this amp can receive music via Bluetooth, play tracks shared via DLNA and access many streaming services. Finally, it can be easily associated with any source thanks to its wide range of analog and digital inputs. €1,690, available in 2023.

Yamaha R-N2000A connected amplifier

Another big arrival on the amp market: the Japanese company has released the new Yamaha R-N2000A connected amp. Introduced earlier this year, the brand’s most premium model is designed to deliver pure sound and reproduce the atmosphere of the recording room. To do so, it adopts a high power output of 2 x 90 watts into 8 ohms, an anti-vibration design, a wide range of analog and digital connectors and to top it all off, a calibration system with YPAO (Yamaha Parametric Room Acoustic Optimizer) technology. €3,699, available to pre-order and soon to be reviewed on the blog.

Devialet Mania 95dB Portable Bluetooth Speakers

The first portable speaker from the French brand, the Devialet Mania 95 dB is Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi and AirPlay 2 compatible to easily and quickly stream music from any source. Thanks to a set of advanced technologies, the French specialist offers a powerful 360° stereo sound with deep bass reaching 30Hz. Very intuitive, it can be controlled via its physical control interface, using the dedicated app or vocally thanks to Alexa. Once the speaker is removed from the Devialet Mania Charging station, its rechargeable battery provides up to 10 hours of autonomy. €790, available now.

Soundivine Le Magnum portable Bluetooth speaker

November also saw the release of the La Boite Concept LX X Platinum connected speaker from the French manufacturer. In addition to its five drivers (2 midrange/treble, 2 tweeters, 1x woofer), its 180W RMS class D amplification and its wide range of connections, this model includes a vinyl turntable. It is therefore an ideal solution to listen to a vinyl record or the Son-Video.com playlists via a streaming service. Finally, La Boite Concept LX X Platine was created with the designer Samuel Accoceberry to offer a contemporary piece of furniture. €3,490, available.

iBasso DX170 DAP

The Chinese manufacturer continues to develop its catalog of electronics with new iBasso DX170 DAP. Hi-Res Audio certified and compatible with 32-bit/384kHz, DSD256 and MQA streams, this player has a powerful dual DAC ensuring a more accurate sound. The iBasso DX170 takes advantage of the Android 11 system and has a balanced 4.4mm jack output and an unbalanced 3.5mm mini-jack output to power any pair of headphones or earphones. €449, available now.

Logitech G735 gaming headphones

The latest Logitech G735 gaming headphones round off this selection of new releases. The Swiss brand offers a model with a modern design capable of using a wired (mini-jack or USB) or wireless (Bluetooth or 2.4GHz dongle) connection.
