After the US, Amazon Luna cloud gaming is now available in Canada, Germany and the UK.
What does Luna offer?
Luna+, the Luna service subscription, is available for $9.99/£8.99 per month and offers a variety of video games for all ages. Amazon Prime subscribers can access a rotating selection of games for free each month. In addition, the optional Ubisoft+ Multi Access and Jackbox Games services are available for $17.99/£14.99 and $4.99/£3.99 per month, respectively, to add to the Luna+ subscription. It can be launched on a Fire TV and other compatible devices, and the Luna controller reduces latency by connecting directly to the Internet via WiFi and Bluetooth.

In order to expand its game catalog, Amazon has partnered with Ubisoft to allow all users of the Luna service to launch Ubisoft games already in their possession as long as they are also an Amazon Prime subscriber.

Indeed, recent and past studies clearly show the correlation between successful game supports (consoles, platforms or cloud) and the catalog of games they provide.

How to enjoy Luna Cloud Gaming?
To play, a fast Internet connection and a Luna controller are required. In addition to the games, the Games on Fire TV menu offers live Twitch videos as well as trailers for upcoming titles. Amazon Luna is a cloud gaming service available on many devices such as Windows PCs, Macs, Fire TVs, Fire tablets, Chromebooks, iPhones, iPads, Android phones and some Samsung TVs. The Luna controller connects directly to the cloud, making it easy to transition from one screen to another, and the service supports Xbox controllers, PlayStation 4 controllers, and mouse + keyboard.
Although the service is not yet available in France, Amazon Luna could become the ultimate cloud gaming platform. With ever increasing resources, we can expect that the catalog of games on this platform will be large enough to attract most players, at least those oriented towards Cloud Gaming.
