Cambridge Audio has unveiled a very limited edition of four flagship products from the CX Series 2 range. The CXC v2 CD player, the CXA61 and CXA81 stereo hi-fi amplifiers and the CXN v2 audio network player are all available in an elegant black finish. With only 1000 units for each of the four models, the British manufacturer is going for exclusivity!

The Black Edition, in contrast to the classic Lunar Grey finish, gives a new lease of life to the CX Series 2, which has been a hit with audiophiles for many years. The limited edition maintains the success of the electronics series. The audio performance remains the same, with just the anodized aluminum chassis sporting a beautiful dark finish.
As with every limited edition, Cambridge delivers a certificate of authenticity to the lucky owner. Thus, each Cambridge CXC v2 CD player, CXA61 or CXA81 stereo hi-fi amp and Cambridge CXN v2 audio network player will be numbered from 1 to 1000.

Designed in London, all devices are developed to work in harmony with the other components of your system. “Ever since we stopped making black hi-fi equipment, the public has been asking us to bring them back. So we decided to produce this limited series in response to this insistent demand, and I must say that the result is particularly cool,” says Stuart George, director of the British firm.
The price of the CX Black Edition models remains the same as the original gray models in the range. So don’t wait any longer! First come, first served to enjoy the excellence of Cambridge Audio electronics in this limited edition.
