The British specialist offers an even more powerful version of its legendary Naim Uniti Nova connected amplifier, the new Naim Uniti Nova PE (Power Edition). It has all the features and luxurious design of its predecessor, but with the extra power to drive even the most demanding speakers.
Colossal power
Launched in 2016, the Naim Uniti Nova amplifier has established itself as one of the best in its category, thanks to its musicality, versatility and unique design. This bestseller has received countless awards from the specialist press, including a What Hi-Fi? 5 Stars Award. Its 2×80 watts of power coupled with a high current capacity already enabled it to power the majority of speakers on the market. With the new Naim Uniti Nova PE, the British manufacturer aims to go one step further to power the most stubborn speaker models. To do this, it now uses a class D amplifier capable of developing a colossal 150W RMS into 8 ohms or 250W RMS into 4 ohms. This power is delivered with very high linearity from 5Hz to 25kHz.

Integrated network player
The Naim Uniti Nova PE connected amplifier incorporates its own network player offering streaming options identical to its predecessor and the Naim NSC 222 streaming preamplifier. It can access numerous streaming services such as Spotify, Qobuz and Tidal, as well as web radios, and receive music via AirPlay 2, Chromecast or Bluetooth aptX HD. Thanks to support for UPnP and Roon Ready protocols, it can also play music shared over the local network. The new DAC is now compatible with Hi-Res files up to 32-bits/384kHz, compared with 24-bit/192kHz for the first Naim Uniti Nova.

This Naim Uniti Nova PE amplifier is also multi-room compatible. It allows you to enjoy music throughout your home by connecting to other compatible Focal and Naim devices. Note that multi-room listening is also possible with AirPlay 2-compatible speakers or amplifiers.
Analog and digital inputs
The Naim Uniti Nova PE amp’s connectors are unchanged and as comprehensive as ever. It features ten inputs, including four analog (two RCA and two DIN) and six digital: two optical, two coaxial, one BNC and one HDMI ARC. This means it can be used with a wide range of sources, including a TV. The CEC protocol allows you to control the amplifier’s volume and start-up directly with the TV remote control. Outputs include a connector for headphones, as well as two DIN and RCA preouts for connecting a subwoofer or power amp.

Timeless design
The new Naim Uniti Nova PE connected amplifier retains the successful design of the Naim Uniti Nova, itself inspired by the Naim Mu-so 2 and Naim mu-so Qb 2 speakers. On the top, there’s an elegant knob with LED lighting for volume control. The front panel features a color screen (non-tactile) that can display the source, volume, album art and the resolution of the file currently playing. Finally, this Naim Uniti Nova PE amplifier can also be controlled via the Naim app or its infrared remote control.

With the new Naim Uniti Nova PE amplifier, the British manufacturer continues the success of its most popular connected model in an even more powerful and ambitious version to get the best out of any pair of speakers. This Power Edition version of the Naim Uniti Nova is now available on Son-Vidéo.com for €9,999.
