Bowers & Wilkins is collaborating with another car manufacturer. Up until now, the British specialist has worked on multiple projects with McLaren. Together, the two brands worked on the McLaren 750S model, the B&W PX8 McLaren Edition Bluetooth headphones and the B&W Zeppelin McLaren wireless speaker. Now, Bowers & Wilkins systems have been integrated into the luxurious Aston Martin DB12.

This Aston Martin coupé illustrates the luxury carmaker’s longstanding expertise. Capable of reaching 100 km/h in just 3.6 seconds, the DB12 has a V8 motor and 260 horsepower. Equipped with a 15-speaker and 1,170-watt Bowers & Wilkins audio system, it promises an unprecedented sound experience.

The pure sound of our engines alone already delivers visceral emotions and sensations. And now, with the addition of truly perforating sound being delivered so clearly through the newly developed audio system, we’ve harmonized our interior designs with new innovation and tech, so our drivers feel the energy, feel the calm, feel the luxury, all at once. Bowers and Wilkins have delivered a system that both meets these design ambitions and ensures that it looks as striking as it sounds, ” said Marek Reichman, Executive Vice President & Chief Creative Officer at Aston Martin.

Coming from a sports background, I decided to join the Son-Vidéo.com adventure in 2022 to develop my appreciation for the world of audio and home theater. Curious about cinema and music, I'm constantly on the lookout for technical innovations to enhance my experience. While I'm drawn to all kinds of cultural activities, I'm particularly fond of live performances (improv, stand-up shows, etc.). As a result, I spend my free time in stadiums, concert halls, cinemas and theaters, depending on what's happening in Nantes... and the weather! Above all, I like to share these experiences with friends and family, so that we can share our different opinions.
