Panasonic and Technics took advantage of IFA 2022 to showcase their flagship models in a diaphanous setting. Appliances, 4K OLED TVs, LED TVs, turntables and Bluetooth headphones were presented without any gimmicks behind large curtains delineating each universe.

Less impressive than the Samsung, LG or even TCL stands, the Panasonic and Technics hall stood out for its simplicity and minimalism. Ideal conditions to highlight the excellence of the devices presented.

LED LCD Android TV

Panasonic has been marketing televisions with Android TV in Europe for almost two years. Known for its richness and ease of use, the Google operating system only equips the Panasonic LCD LED ranges. The Japanese manufacturer has equipped its Premium OLED TV ranges with its proprietary My Home Screen interface.

Visitors to IFA could therefore appreciate the Google TV interface through the Panasonic LX800 TVs.

Panasonic OLED TV ranges: the best OLED images from IFA

Panasonic OLED TVs have an established reputation for cinematographic pictures and color accuracy. The calibration of the Panasonic LZ1500 and Panasonic LZ2000 OLED ranges is done by a professional Hollywood studio colorist. So you can enjoy an image that is faithful to the director’s vision by selecting the Cinema image mode or, better still, the Filmmaker mode.

In order to demonstrate the increasing image quality from one range to the other, Panasonic displayed the same video stream simultaneously on three TVs placed side by side. Visitors could see the differences between the Panasonic LZ1000, Panasonic LZ1500 and Panasonic LZ2000 OLED ranges.

As a buyer and seller of second-hand high-tech products for around ten years before joining Son-Vidéo.com in 2007, I had the opportunity to test a variety of amplifiers, speakers, headphones, TVs, projectors and DAPs... Passionate about films and series, music and new technologies, I'm particularly fond of the worlds of TV, video projection and home theater. I like to watch films with my family on the big screen, either at the movie theater or at home, but I also enjoy listening to music on a good hi-fi system, sat in a comfy armchair or on a walk with a pair of headphones.
